  Yes, all of our products have passed CE, RoHS and design patent certificate. Besides, our company also passed ISO9001 : 2015 system.

  Is there any warranty?

  

  Yes, most of our products have minimum 3 years warranty.

  Can you accept sample order?

  

  Yes, we can make sample orders.

  Can you give me a better price?

  

  First of all, we are manufacturer in China. We have surely different price policy for different order quantity. If you have big demand on quantity, please contact us to get some discounts!

  How long does it ship to my country and which delivery methods are available?

  

  It usually takes 3-7 business days ship to any country. We use UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, FedEx etc to delivery our products. We will advise you the way of shipping, because we know which shipping company has much better customs clearance and best deliver times for your country.

• 

  How to place an order?

  

  Firstly, send us orders by e-mail with your detail information, then we will send you a Pl to confirm.
  Secondly, if all information is right and you can make payment.
  Finally, we will arrange order ASAP once receiving your payment!

  How can I track my package?

  

  After we send the products, in 12-24 hours we will send tracking number to you, then you can track your products on your local express website.

• 

  If products have problems, how should I do?

  

  First of all, all products will be tested for 48 hours before shipping to our customer. If there are problems with products, please send pictures and videos to us, then our engineer will find the problem ASAP! And we will send spare parts in free!
